is a San Francisco Bay
Area, California Doll Club chartered in 2008.
Our Club is affiliated
with the UNITED FEDERATION OF DOLLS CLUBS, INC. (UFDC)

UFDC is a non-profit,
charitable, world-wide organization, incorporated in 1949 with fourteen member
clubs. Today there are more than five hundred UFDC member clubs in seventeen
countries with a total membership in excess of eleven thousand people.

Our Independent Spirits
Doll Club currently has 20 members, each with a “we can do it”
attitude. Our members are also active members of other San Francisco Bay
Area doll clubs and active in the United Federation of Doll clubs organization.
We hold 6-7 club meetings between September and May of each year, meeting
Saturday or Sunday from 11 am - 3 pm. Our meetings include lunch, club
and event business and discussion of Bay Area and national doll events.

Our MISSION is to be a
resource to doll enthusiasts, collectors and doll clubs, and to attract new
members and new generations to the joy of doll research and collecting. The
MISSION is realized by providing educational expertise through programs,
displays and events.
OUR PAST EVENTS:
April 2009: Hosted the R2N 4-day UFDC Regional
Conference in Burlingame, CA
January 2010: Hosted the luncheon and program at the tri-annual
meeting of the (San Francisco) Bay Area Doll Club Council (BADCC)
July 2010: Hosted the Warm Woolen Mittens luncheon at the UFDC
National Convention.
May 2011: Hosted the luncheon and program at the tri-annual
meeting of the (San Francisco) Bay Area Doll Club Council (BADCC)
June 2011: Hosted a Junior Collector's Luncheon (Westward Ho) in
Livermore, CA
July 2011: Hosted the Hooray for the Red, White and Blue (Kathe
Kruse) luncheon at the UFDC National Convention
September 2012: Hosted the R2N 4-day UFDC
Regional Conference in Santa Clara, CA
May-Oct. 2014: Presented Dolls and Their Stories, a doll exhibit
at the Sharpsteen Museum, Calistoga, CA, in conjunction with the Redwood Empire Doll
& Study Club
July 2014: Hosted the Kish luncheon at the UFDC National
Convention in San Antonio, TX
July 2015: Patricia Bellamy (Club Member/R2N Regional
Director) co-presented a display of doll quilts & mini quilts with dolls at
the UFDC National
Sept. 2015: Hosted the luncheon and program at the tri-annual
meeting of the (San Francisco) Bay Area Doll Club Council (BADCC)
March 2016: Hosted the
"Times of our Lives" Mini-Conference at the Embassy Suites,
Sacramento CA
July 2016: Hosted UFDC National Convention Dinner Robert Tonner/Dollspart Celebrating the HURET
